YONNETZ Elevator Design - Railway Station Lehrter Bahnhof

The construction of the central railway station, Europe’s greatest station where passengers change, is the most spec-tacular architectural project in Berlin.
We delivered six round panoramic glass lifts and were charged with the entire planning, statistics and delivery of the shaft construction incl. glazing and design of the lift systems.
The bent shaft and car doors with round glass cars are a proprietary development by us. The doors with under-floor drive are developed by us and used all over the world.
