Upon entering the spacious lobby of the Meydan Hotel, guests are immediately drawn to a striking feature: twelve exceptional glass elevators that merge functionality with elegant design. The fully glazed, square cabins—each 2.70 meters tall—operate in open, free-standing shaft structures, arranged in groups of three.

 

A unique highlight are the elliptical handrails in each cabin, filled with countless Swarovski crystals and illuminated in eight constantly changing colors.

 

These glowing handrails reflect in the glass floors, sidewalls, and ceilings, creating a dazzling play of light. The type-tested elevator doors with underfloor drives are designed for high traffic, with a generous width of 1.2 meters and height of 2.65 meters.
